5 Days Uganda Chimpanzee

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport you will be met by a Taste Africa Uganda Safari guide and transfer to Lake Victoria Serena Hotel approx 35km from the Airport. Dinner and overnight at Lake Victoria Serena Hotel(FB)
Day Two : Air Transfer to Kasese Airstrip and Chimpazee trek
After breakfast, transfer to the Entebbe International airport for your scheduled flight to Kasese. On arrival you will be picked up and taken to Kyaninga lodge for check in. Lunch at the lodge
In the afternoon, transfer to THE Kanyanchu Park HQs for the pre-tracking briefing then embark on a guided chimpanzee trek, your informative guide makes it even more interesting by pointing out other forest features, flora and fauna: colobus monkeys, Mangabeys, baboons, Bush babies, etc.
Upon sighting the chimpanzees, spend the allowed 1 hour with them, as they go about their daily life. return to the lodge for dinner and Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge (FB)
Day Three                    Chimpazee Habituation Experience                  
Early rise and join the Kibaale researchers and Chimpanzee habituation team that goes out every morning to study and habituate the chimpanzee – activity starts at 5.30 am and ends in evening the at around 1830 hrs. However you can choose to end the activity at will and your guide will walk you back to the staging point for pick up. Dinner and overnight at the Kyaninga Lodge (FB)
Day Four                      Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, exit Kibale and drive to Queen Elizabeth Park approx 80km/3hrs –with excellent views of the Rwenzori Mountains ranges  en-route. Drive past the British colonial copper mining town of Kasese as you continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park.The journey will also offer you with an opportunity to view wild  game enroute. Expect to come across elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, jackals, bush bucks, water bucks, bush pigs, Uganda kobs, Warthogs and Occasional lion and  leopard sightings.
Check in at the Kyambura Game Lodge for lunch and thereafter depart for the jetty on the Kazinga channel joining lakes Edward and George for an afternoon two hours launch-boat cruise. You will view a variety of aquatic and savannah wild game game at close range: like schools of Hippos, wallowing Buffaloes, Elephants, Nile crocodiles, Waterbucks, occasional leopard sightings, fishing villages and a rich bird life. Return to lodge later for dinner and overnight at Kyambura Game Lodge (FB)
Day Five                        Air Transfer to Entebbe International Airport
On this day arise early with breakfast, check out of the lodge and take an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Go in search of lions,Hyenas,Leopards,Elephants,Uganda Kob,Buffalo,Water bucks, Warthogs,Baboons,forest hogs and a variety of bird species. After the game drive, transfer to the Kasese Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Entebbe International Airport.
